(More customer reviews)The product arrived and there was an issue with the back. I called customer service late on a Saturday and left a voicemail message. I did not expect to hear back from anyone until the next week, but I received a call Sunday and the issue was resolved that day.
The product looks very nice. It is an excellent solution to hide this necessity. The company is very responsive and eager to make sure the customer is happy.
I highly recommend this product and this company.
