(More customer reviews)I purchased this product and within a month it was destroyed. Before purchasing it I called and spoke with a sales rep to find out if it would be okay in variable weather, snow etc. I explained the weather that I lived in and what it was to be used for. She said "no problem, yes it will stand up to snow." Within a day of a little wind I had to reinforce the entire unit. It still did not hold and and most the poles snapped in a few more days. I frequently cleared any snow off of it and had to get up int he middle of the night to ensure that it had not fallen over. End story, there is now ripped, broken and decrepit canopy sitting in my driveway that will soon go to the trash. The company would not warranty their item as apparently the warranty was not good for anything weather related. Well, the whole point of the shelter is weather related so the warranty kind of defeats the purpose of the shelter. I would not recommend this product or company to anyone.
