(More customer reviews)I have to say I am absolutely amazed at the quality, size, and durability of this kennel. It arrived within the week with free shipping from amazon at the lowest price of all of the kennels amazon sells!! AND...it's worth 3X what I paid for it. The kennel comes in pre-welded panels so you don't have to stretch chain link fence yourself over a pole kennel that will rust in a few years. This kennel is painted with a gray rust proof coating that adds even more eye appeal and quality to the kennel. PLUS, it comes with the roof system and floor anchoring INCLUDED (versus having to buy a separate roofing system for another $75+shipping on all the other kennels). The roof completely encloses all of the top of the kennel - so if you have a dog that climbs (like mine) he still cant get out. The kennel is made with safety in mind and there is no chance for your dog to be injured by this kennel. (No chain link fence that may pull apart or get loose after a year or two. The panels are pre-welded onto their frame and will last a lifetime! I plan on purchasing many of these kennels for all of my dogs and am actually excited about it!! If you are looking for a quality kennel and haven't made the mistake yet of buying a different kennel - BUY THIS ONE!! you wont be sorry you did.

Item arrived on time, was extremely scratched and did not appear to be new, weighed only 5 lbs. Called UPS to verify cost to ship-estimated under $12. Played phone tag with the customer service department, finally reached after one week. Refunded 30% of the item cost since it was scratched and $20 in shipping charges for the "overcharge" with weight. I expected the item to be extremely durable with a description of 33 lbs but is an extremely flimsy metal. Will work for now.

42X28X30 Double Door I-Crate Review

(More customer reviews)I have a large icrate with a divider panel. I do love this crate, however the hooks and edges are very sharp. Today I took the divider panel out so I could collapse the crate to give to friend who is watching my puppy while I'm out of town. I leaned the panel against the bedroom door and my puppy came up to investigate. As she backed up, a hook went COMPLETELY THROUGH HER EYELID. After a couple seconds of her screaming in pain I managed to get her calm enough to carefully slide the hook back out and rush her to the vet. Fortunately the hook did not injure her eye but she has a bloody gash in her eyelid and it's very swollen. She's going to have to be on antibiotics for the next week. Vet visit cost $120, half of which was for the emergency status of the visit and the other half for the antibiotics. The hooks need to be rounded off or filed down.

(More customer reviews)LOVE LOVE LOVE this play pen! It is very easy to set up and take down. I keep two boxer puppies in it while I am out for the day. Both of them love having their space and our adult dog loves them having their own space :) It is very durable and very easy to clean up after an "accident."
I used a crate bed in the play pen as there isn't a "soft" sleeping pad. The waterproof insert is great and much appreicated!!!
I would recommend this to anyone that needs a place for their puppy(s) to rest and play...

(More customer reviews)I was so excited about this item. It looks beautiful but had lots of trouble putting it together. No matter what we did it did not fit together right. I bought it to go over a 24" midwest crate. I think they need a re-design on this product. The legs never did fit right even after my husband tried everything. The screws stick out too far. If they had thought to countersink the screws it would have been fine. Too late for us to return because we have scratched it trying to "fix" it. It is beautiful just be very careful not to scratch so you can return it. Maybe if they get enough complaints...
