(More customer reviews)I received a large heavy duty plastic "blister" pack. But the only part of the "kit" that was in the package was the white metal cover. No gang box, gasket, or duplex outlet was in the factory sealed package.
The outside white cover, with rubber gasket, is available at Lowes for about $4.50, and the rest of the missing parts cost around another $10.00 to $12.00. The next time I need electrical items for my home I will buy locally so that I can check and see for myself that all of the parts are there.
This made in "USA" item was a sore disappointment and suggests a complete lack of quality control and checks at the factory.
