(More customer reviews)I bought three of these mugs based on a recommendation by Mens Health Magazine. None of the mugs works correctly and the chrome ring on the cover has come off of each one. Initially this looks like a great idea but if the slots don't line up just right the mug will not work. I have three of these mugs and each set of slots lines up differently. Stay away from this product if you wish to avoid agravation.

Middle Atlantic Quiet-Cool Cabinet Cooler - Fan unit Review

(More customer reviews)I came upon this product after researching my problem online. My Stereo was overheating from within an enclosed cabinet. The setup was pretty painless and with the automatic temperature control I never have to think about this again. I'ver read about others who have tried to make a cheaper solution from Radio Shack etc. My advice, buy this product let it do what it's designed to.

(More customer reviews)I had an entertainment cabinet built for my rack system. It is enclosed with a glass door so I can still you my IR remotes. I didn't put a lot of planning into ventilation, and, sure enough, it was well over 100 degrees F. (the tivo gives off heat is a serious way) I bought this system and drilled a 3" hole down for cool intake, and one up high for hot exhaust. It now stays below 85 degrees. The fans run extremely quiet.
Further, the length of the power cord, and the Y power splitter are long enough to allow for optimal placement of the fans
the only downside is the price -- they are expensive, but it seems that any "quiet" fan is going to cost you.

(More customer reviews)We purchased the Tripp-Lite Air cooler for our small firm (15 people) when we upgraded from 2 to 4 servers. They are located in a small closet with our phone switching and it was getting warm inside the closet even with an exhaust fan into the plenum. This is probalby more than we need, but it really works well, and I investigated just about every small cooler on the market, and this was the best cost and size I could find. Also it did not need a drain as the design gets rid of condensation using the heat generated by the unit, not the case with most others I reviewed. Installation of the hot air hose into the plenum was done by our contractor while doing some other minor work on our office, and the start up and operation was seconds after opening the box. Only comlaint is its size, about 2 computers high.
The mfg. is a well known company and the set up was really easy. And the cost ($650 range) was way below the next level cooling unit. We orderd the unit through Amazon (who knew after all the special web sites I went to) and it was there in 3 days. Great vendor follow up also.
