They are excellent insurance against any sort of spills, so now I don't worry about damaging our nice mattresses. They are so thin that you don't even notice they are on your bed, but they keep all of the liquid from going through. My daughter spilled an entire bottle of Gatorade on my sheets last week. Nothing went through to the mattress. It was amazing.
