(More customer reviews)The enclosure looks great but the directions are not very helpful. The installation manual has drawings that are not very detailed. This enclosure requires a specific type of shower base that is special order. Just like in the picture. The types of shower bases that are sold in the home big box stores are designed to go against a wall on the right side so be sure to purchase that shower base first so it arrives on time.
This store has a 30 day return policy. It took me two months to get someone to install this product for me and they now have said that they cannot install it. I would avoid buying big items from this store. Their return policy is ridiculous. Like mentioned before, there are no shower trays available that fit this type of shower enclosure. The one in the picture has left hand drain. Most people have a center drain. Plumbersurplus knows nothing about their products. When I called to get a shower tray for this particular enclosure, no one had a clue what I was talking about. Avoid this product or better yet,, buy from a store with a better returns policy.
