(More customer reviews)I have just completed the instalation of my 10'X20' Garage. I am very pleased with the product, purchased because a friend has had one for over 10 years and replaced the cover only once due to a branch falling through it during an ice storm.
I would like to offer one suggestion to buyers: go directly to Lowes and by 32, 31/2"X1/4" carriage bolts! The time you spend buying them will shorten your instalation time by 50%, as the 3" bolts that come with the unit give you only about 1/2 a thread to start the nut......this is nearly impossible if you are setting it up on anything but a perfectly level, hard surface as the parts will NOT go together tightly enough for you to get the nuts started. VERY FRUSTRATING!
This is not a permanent structure, and I don't have unrealistic expectations for it lasting too long, but if it lasts for 3 years I will have paid $8.00/month for three times as much storage place as renting a 8'X12' shed for $45-60/mo.
Watch the instalation video at the Shelter Logic website. It will help, but don't expect YOURS to go up that easily.
**Don't put the lower cross braces on early as directed in the instructions..it's a waste of time and has to be all taken apart again!
